So I often give him an opportunity to develop himself, but the physical training he receives is very rigorous. We often recommend mind training for championships. We need to develop a &lt;a href="http://mind-champs.blogspot.com"&gt;mind champs&lt;/a&gt; need that is tough and resilient.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I recently prepared some food for him (from a recipe) which he claims has helped him recover from muscle aches and pains after training. This is an ayurvedic recipe: you can try it out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h2&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:100%;color:#330099;"&gt;                   Spiced Cauliflower&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;                              &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;You                  will need:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;               &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;2                    cups small florets of cauliflower&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;4                    tbsps pure water&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1                    tsp minced ginger&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1                    tsp whole cumin seed&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1/4                    tsp turmeric&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1/4                    tsp sweet paprika&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1/4                    tsp ground cumin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1/4                    tsp ground coriander&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;Rock                    salt to taste (optional)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;2                    tbsps ghee&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;1                    tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;               &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;Heat                  ghee until it looks clear. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;                 &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;                  Add the cumin seed and stir briefly to release aroma and flavor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;               &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;Add                  the powdered spices and stir once.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;               &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330066;"&gt;Add                  the ginger, salt and cauliflower and stir briefly&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:-1;color:#330099;"&gt;.                  Lower heat to medium and cook covered, stirring occasionally,                  until cauliflower is fork-tender.
